Pros

No two days look the same in this role, which is exactly what I love about it. As EA to the two founders, I get real exposure to how decisions get made, from operational details to bigger strategic conversations. The founders are approachable, thoughtful and genuinely value the people who work here. The culture is one of the best things about working here. We're fully remote, but there's daily interaction and easy, supportive communication across every department. It's a happy, collaborative environment.

Cons

The pace can be fast given how quickly the business is evolving, so it suits someone who enjoys variety and adapting quickly.

Pros

The team is very supportive and great to work with. Collaborative meetings and effective cross-team communication have significantly strengthened working relationships and contributed to steady progress. There is a strong sense of flexibility within tasks with an openness to trying new approaches and making changes where necessary. Overall, the company demonstrates a genuine commitment to listening to staff and valuing their ideas for improvement. This creates a positive, inclusive environment that encourages continuous development and teamwork.

Cons

Communication could be better - As a remote worker, I make a conscious effort to stay connected with the office and wider teams. There are times when I can feel a little out of the loop, but whenever I raise this, the team responds quickly and makes changes to ensure I’m included. This willingness to adapt and support remote staff is greatly appreciated
