Pros
Work very closely with the rest of the sales team, bouncing ideas off each other and helping when each other need it. Technical team are happy to guide when additional info is needed to help close a sale. Very good working relationship with vendors, so support is given to help pitch products to customers. Commission is paid much more promptly than many companies I've worked for (and is rather generous/lucrative)
Cons
Softwerx is aiming to grow at a very rapid rate. This is both a pro and a con as sales expectations are kept high, however, this does mean you earn more once you hit them. Not massive scope for progression at current state, but if the team continues to expand at the rate it is, I'm sure there will be more "senior" roles opening up.
