* There were some great minds but they left the company , I learned alot from them . * Food Consumption * Flexible Hours

* Not professional Managers , Everyone is leaving the company because of the management style. * Product Owners are not acting as product owners * Scrum Masters know almost nothing about Agile * There is no Agile process * Handover is just a myth * There is no seniors in all teams * No code reviews * No clean code * Bad hiring process * No HR department * Not efficient office administration * Old laptops , servers and infrastructure
