I am not sure if there is any pro. Just the fact of having a job. That’s all.
Cons
Lack of management, indeed it’s full of micromanagement. People is afraid to teach you and they supposed to be only ones who know the things. There is no team spirit or group goals. 0 motivation. Most of managers are very “old school” and good luck trying to get recongnition or even be respected as a human being. They are strict with working time (split shift with 90 minutes lunch) and in 9 months I have never left before my shift even if I had nothing to do and my manager was aware of that. I also heard no human respect and also confirmed it myself when I became sick (due this job) and the only message that I got from my manager was “I was expecting you at the office today”. It’s not random that “my position” was filled with 3 different people in the last year… Seriously, run away from here or (even better) look somewhere else.
