      Promotions are getting declined many years in a row, salaries are below average, 3 years no hikes. I am thinking of leaving, benefits are fake, very low pay. Management easy tries to contact you off working hours, make you commute out of working hours. Coursera, pluralsight was free, now they killed free certifications too, avoid..

      Pros

      Loved the benefits. Educational reimbursement / Cert fee reimbursement + Cert Bonus If you are skillfull and talented will always land something in the end. Healthcare is good too.

      Cons

      Need to have good network connection to land projects & opportunities. Depending on your people manager will have you get lay-off pretty quick. Quite alot of nepotism is there. Senior leaders have their families hired and they are given easy projects. Growth is limited unless you work in sales.
