Pros
Friendly people, good projects, nice place to start in the industry and get some experience and a nice reel. They used to have events every now and then, but not anymore. Not even beer Friday.
Cons
Management seems petty beyond belief. They will ask us not to drink milk unless it's to mix in the coffee. They took away the dish rack in the kitchen because the office caretaker didn't like to see dishes there. Very hard to get a pay rise. They will low ball you and keep you there until you find a place to move on, and when that happens, they might offer you something to make you stay. Very hard to move up in position, as the senior, leads and sups seats are all taken by people who have been there for over a decade, and don't seem to want to leave anytime soon. I feel like 3 years in the max amount of time you can stay there without feeling stuck. Also, you will only get 2 sick days for the whole year! You better make sure your health is in top notch condition before starting here.
