No progression, treat very poorly, little to no communication, forced to do overtime and if you don’t you get put on bad jobs. Very clicky, if you don’t know everything before you go nobody helps. Pay is poor for the work you do. Chinese state owned. Office staff work 3 days in the office you’re expected to do 6. Huge turnover, the 15 shop floor lads have to work 6.30-3 and the 200+office staff have flexi and work from home most of the time and when they don’t they come straight in and have breakfast anyways. All round I’d avoid like the plague.
