Pros
Decent benefits package and lots of vacation time offered.
Cons
Lack of career growth. No raises or bonuses, especially when we hit huge milestones. We celebrated with cupcakes and apple cider instead of being rewarded for our efforts. There is also no separation of work and personal life. My manager always called me on my days off to discuss what the agenda would be for the next day.
