Awful UK Head Office - would not recommend - Manager Sol de Janeiro Employee Review

Extremely small team leading to constant overwork. Long hours are treated as normal and expected. Team culture is unsupportive, with a toxic, cliquey environment. Issues raised to HR are relayed back to management and dismissed without action. No concern for employee wellbeing or mental health, making it an exhausting and demoralising place to work.
