Pros

Small, family owned business. Good co-workers

Cons

The management is not supportive and gives conflicting feedback. They will pile on work without providing any support and then when you can’t manage the workload, you are blamed. I started out with one simple job and by the end of my time had taken on the roles of 4-5 people. Extremely stressful.

Pros

The leadership team is incredibly supportive and values employee input, making it easy to share ideas and feedback. I appreciate the emphasis on continuous learning and professional development, with opportunities for training and skill enhancement. The projects we undertake are both challenging and rewarding, allowing me to apply my skills in meaningful ways. Plus, the company culture is inclusive and dynamic, which makes coming to work every day enjoyable. I’m proud to be part of such a talented team, and I look forward to contributing to our exciting future!

Cons

During slower periods, management tends to apply more pressure on employees, which can create a stressful environment and impact morale

Pros

Good coworkers with knowledgeable staff. There is a lot to learn here and there staff across departments will definitely guide you.

Cons

You will be underpaid and over worked. The more capable you the more responsibilities you get added to your plate. If you don't ask for raise you will not get one and when you do ask, be prepared to thoroughly explain why you deserve and need more despite how much you may be working on at any given time. Job security is dependant of the whims of the owner and and no one is safe. Everyone just deals with it. It may be a good place to start if you have other experience, but this will likely not turn into a lifelong career as there is little to no career growth options.
