Pros

Most operators are paid poorly. I was paid well. Great benefits package.

Cons

If you love high stress, dysfunctional management, no salary increases, double standards, junk equipment, smoke and mirrors style of hypocritical human resources and public relations, work until you drop ( and its still not good enough ) type of environment. This is the place to go. Accountability only falls on the shoulders of a few, while other failure types are allowed to remain with no consequence whatsoever. In my 20 year working career this place is the model for double talk, double standards, and overall tone deaf on matters such as : business, operations, and personel issues. RIP SolarWorld USA. The company is shutting down between Dec 2011 and Jan 2012. Its the beginning of the end. ( in 2010 SW USA received upwards of 30 million in stimulus money from Oregons federal fund. Much of this money went to remodel offices, lobbies, breakrooms, and buy cheap chairs that cost $509 dollars a piece. I personally put my heart and soul into working very hard for this company and got exceeds expectations reviews. The stress and the end result wasn't worth it , except I'm glad to be gone.

Pros

There was a lot of things to learn about solar module manufacturing.
