Everyone is welcoming, and made me feel like part of the family from my very first day on the job. Everyone works hard and is always willing to lend a hand to someone in need. The work culture is open and allows for innovation, open thinking, forward progress and growth professionally and personally. Soleil Management does an amazing job equipping team members to ensure success no matter what role you are in. As an employee of Soleil Management I know that my voice is not only heard, but my suggestions are truly taken into consideration. Employees are genuinely able to effect change in the workplace.

Flexible schedule, fun with coworkers, easy and simple job.

Supervisors/Managers mainly ‘baby’ adults running the pool. Supervisors too young to communicate and speak to us correctly, makes irrelevant decisions constantly, lots of immaturity aspects to work on from their part. Managers don’t enforce or fix main problems you complain about. Mistreated and unheard mostly. Unbearable during winter months.
