Pros

As an employee currently completing the onboarding process, my experience with Soleo Health has been positive so far. The interview process was a meeting with HR followed by an interview with management. Everyone I've met so far has been very kind and helpful in the onboarding process.

Cons

I have none at this time.

Adequate up to date supplies

Cons

No local management - only regional Lack of training, expected self training Excessive on call No nursing support, pharmacy driven company. Company not believe patients should be able to request “their” nurse and any nurse can see a patient. Continuity, patient comfort and satisfaction does not matter.
