Good pay, good work experience

Hours are long and work hard.

Remote work - for most. Comp plan is not bad. Some good middle management.

Poor Executive Leadership. Too many gaps in resources as many folks have been leaving and they're not backfilling fast enough. Product satisfaction level has dropped significantly. Billing is an actual tire fire, I truly feel bad for the workers in that department and the customers who are experiencing it.
