Everything about this place is a con. Employees are not seen as human beings, just dispensable numbers on a spreadsheet. 401k match is a joke and never paid on time; bonuses are laughable and, again, never paid on time. Employees are expected to absorb the responsibilities of others rather than hire replacements for leavers. Huge supporters of outsourcing positions to companies in India to save a buck.
