      Pros

      If anyone wants to start from zero and build their career, I would recommend joining this company.

      Cons

      It is a management-friendly company and not an ideal place for technical people. Senior management seems to believe that the company runs only because of managers, rather than recognizing the contributions of developers as well.

      Pros

      None that I can think of... I was hopeful this would be a great opportunity to step into the field and help customers but unfortunately that was far from the case.

      Cons

      - high turnover with both management and account managers - very little support and training - no meaningful strategy - disconnected teams and leadership - impossible to hit OTE due to dwindling customer base - NO sales team in areas to help grow pipeline
