Pros
Promotes team building and team chemistry. Their mission statement really hits home and tries to make everyone feel like they are contributing to the company's success.
Cons
Management doesn't live by that mission statement. There is no communication and employees are not recognized for their accomplishments. With the company being global, there were divisions and departments that were treated favorably over others. No place for growth or advancement.
