      Lovely people, good employee benefits, open management make a relaxed and motivating working atmosphere.

      Cons

      Technological changes making things slightly challenging at the moment. Communication between different teams not as good as it could be.

      Pros

      None that I can think of... I was hopeful this would be a great opportunity to step into the field and help customers but unfortunately that was far from the case.

      Cons

      - high turnover with both management and account managers - very little support and training - no meaningful strategy - disconnected teams and leadership - impossible to hit OTE due to dwindling customer base - NO sales team in areas to help grow pipeline
