Pros

- Good athmosphere under the employees - meal cheques

Cons

- Never got the promised 2 days work from home upon hiring - Promised a transparant commission structure but firstly had to nag to get the agreement AND it is far from transparant. Nobody seems to know the actual sales numbers as well. Seems to be majority done based on forecasts... As I said, far from transpartant. - unreasonable high personal targets that is NOT adjuated based on months (ex. July and August are very low volume months yet targets stay the same) - management constantly changing their minds - coming and going of sales people - poorly organised training, was trained fpr a bunch of products I did not even have to sell. After 2 weeks onboarding they throw you in and you have to start selling (calling) while in my case, for my market I had to figure out everything myself first. Find who team members are, learn products, etc... - Poorly structured HR and outsourced the payrol to an even more useless company, welldone management! (Useless HR software system, payslips never ever on time, deferred commission payments,...)

Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

The company has significant issues that make it difficult to recommend as a long-term workplace. HR support is virtually non-existent, leaving employees without meaningful assistance when concerns arise. Favoritism appears to influence decisions more than performance or merit, creating an unfair work environment. There are very few opportunities for career growth, and many employees find themselves in stagnant roles with little chance for advancement. Even when employees consistently exceed expectations and earn recognition, raises are infrequent or nonexistent, making it difficult to feel valued for hard work. Additionally, there is a noticeable lack of professionalism at the management level. Communication, accountability, and leadership standards need significant improvement. Overall, the company would benefit from investing in stronger leadership, a more effective HR department, and a culture that rewards performance fairly.
