Pros
Casual work environment, cool technology products, super loyal customer base, really exciting industry in general, lots of opportunity for advancement. And no micromanagement!
Cons
Outdated and crowded work space (company is growing very fast). Most VPs and CEO are new in the last 18 months. On the flip side, they all seem to have a ton of experience, and the changes they're making so far have been positive.
