Pros
Solexant has an excellent community of staff contributors. I count some of them as new, long-term friends and colleagues. Management encourages open dialog and insists that time off is taken when batteries need recharging.
Cons
It's an underfunded startup that has taken on a BIG challenge. Hi stress and uncertain future.
