Last week was my 18th anniversary, and I captured a photo of myself and 4 others that have worked together for over 15 years! What other organization can say that? Cons
Recruitment requires a diverse skillset. The staffing industry is high turnover. Account Executives are doing business development and specialized recruitment to engage competent candidates. Meeting the demands of Clients and Candidates is for the most competent in the profession. Also, the environment is an in-office position until certain metrics are met, but it is still 75% in-office. Consistently obtaining your daily/weekly activity metrics is expected.
