Took care of its employees which produced better workers and better product.

Cons

Allowed themselves to be bought by a company that isn't even based in US. Lost connection with employees. Watched many good people quit.

Great environment with friendly staff who are willing to help out one another. Really enjoyed working there and would highly recommend the company.

Cons

Have nothing bad to say about the company from what I experienced there. Team is motivated and helpful.
