Many clients are motivated to get jobs and improve their lives. The team is excellent and some of the kindest people I've worked with. It is a relaxed atmosphere.

Working at a supportive housing site means that you're very accessible to clients; this can lead to stress. Clients have a history of many different issues, such as addiction or domestic violence, and it is sometimes difficult to help such a high needs population.

Good mission for serving families in need

Lots of turnover, higher up doesn't seem to care for lower positions, little employment support, company culture not so good
