Good flexibility - Business Manager Solmax International Employee Review

The people whom I work with are outstanding and very knowledgeable. Everyone comes from a different background. Many people have started from the very bottom as a material coordinator and have moved up the ladder over the years and have produced major things which is honorable. The company will treat you like a family; it's not just a day to day office, they care about you and the ones you love. The work life balance is great. For me, its a 8-5pm, never feeling pressured to stay later or come in earlier. It's fun around the office with the people whom I work with and their attitude is great to be around with many positive people. Although as an apprentice, this is the second summer that I have worked for this company, the first year being an intern. This company has amazing opportunities, if you want something bad enough, you have to show some of your cards of what you can do and buy into the company. I enjoy coming to work every day because I love what I do. Its all about perspective, if you want to move up from where you are, do not expect it to be handed to you. You have to prove yourself if you want to get where you are. I hope to continue working for this company after this Summer. I have bought into the work life and have an amazing work ethic, you'll love the company just as much.
