Coming into work each day makes you feel you are contributing something very valuable and worthwhile.
The school is innovative and up-to-date on new technologies, and is always striving to improve its facilities, technologies, and educational model. It feels great to be in a place where people are working toward always being the best they can be.
Students, faculty, parent body, and administration are all wonderful. You are treated with respect.
Excellent work-life balance; good pay; health care, dental, and vision benefits. A lot of school vacation (and Jewish holidays off as well).
