Pros

Work from home only pros

Cons

This company is a complete disaster disguised as a startup. Management blindly believes that “vibe coding” can magically replace experienced developers, and because of that they fired most of the senior employees and replaced them with unpaid interns working for free for 3 months. Even worse, real client projects were handed over to inexperienced interns, putting client money and project quality at serious risk. The micromanagement here is absolutely insane. Earlier the expectation was around 500 lines of code per day, but now employees are pressured to somehow commit 1500 lines daily regardless of code quality. If targets are not met, salary deductions happen. They care more about commit count than actual engineering. Employees are constantly forced to work beyond working hours and weekends with zero respect for work-life balance. A screenshot tracker monitors every move like employees are criminals instead of professionals. The environment feels more like digital slavery than a software company. Timelines are completely unrealistic because management thinks AI and “vibe coding” can do everything instantly. Developers are blamed when impossible deadlines fail.
