Unfortunately, we stopped responding to you because there was nothing more we could explain as to why you could not be paid on sales that never went through. We apologize you feel we blew you off but after telling you, multiple times, that the sales did not happen, you continued to call our office and email our company. Part of the salary in the Account Manager position is made up of commissions and, while we were hoping those sales would go through, the customers canceled their orders. We cannot pay you a different salary merely because you quit. It wouldn't be fair to our team and it wouldn't build accountability or follow-through. I hope you can understand where we are coming from and have found a position that both motivates and challenges you.
