Pros
Paid weekly, every Wednesday. Hour lunch break
Cons
This company has no training put in place. When you ask for help, there is no help and when you do it wrong you are treated very rude. There is no communication and tension run high because the office is very cliquish and you have to walk on egg shells. They don't give reviews when they tell you that you are up for one, and when you ask they make excuses. The pay is very low and you have to pay for all of your insurance, which is almost $100 each paycheck, more if you have a family to add. For the amount of hours you work half of your check is spent on the insurance. The office is very divided and two of the main people in the company try to throw you under the bus to save themselves ( you are actually warned about these folks when you start to stay away from them). The owners of the company have absolutely no clue what goes on and your bosses know less than you. Since there is no training and you have to ask for help, there is no help available, they tell you to figure it out yourself. They have a very high turn over rate, and about 10 people were let go for no reasons within weeks. No warning or disciplinary action, just dismissed because they can.
