      Pros

      Team oriented environment. Very friendly and caring management. There are a lot of opportunities to learn new things( IT support, Networking, Cloud Technologies, Server Management, Customer Service, etc.) There is some traveling involved so it's never boring. It was a great place to work and helped me to develop new skills.

      Cons

      It's a growing company so you will need to wear multiple hats once in a while. For example you will work on IT implementation projects and some days you will need to help with IT support. However because of that you will develop your skills so much faster than anywhere else.

      Pros

      They assisted with getting into the IT Field as I had no prior experience. The benefits were decent and there was a friendly atmosphere between coworkers. They do their diligence to learn the latest and greatest tools to use.

      Cons

      The pay could be better, but also general communication from management could be as well. There is a bit of micromanagement even though tasks are individually assigned. Turnover rate was fairly high at the time of my departure. There are some cases where "the client is always right" shines regardless of actual fault.
