The organization is open for experimentation and will let you do the things you love doing. There is a good balance between the quickly changing and dynamic work that is done, and the long term vision. Working in that environment keeps challenging your work (and this could be a pro or a con, depending on your character - I find it positive) It's a dog friendly, party loving company.
