-No raises AT ALL -Horrific customers, will test your patience and damage your mental health. - No flexibility -Pay isn't great, similar jobs pay more for less -Back to back calls all day, -You have to use PTO for holidays -They pick favorites, certain employees move up way faster in the chain while they keep others as agents for years. They don't want you in long term and don't mind high turnover rates. -Some team leads want drama and smack talk agents in other chats, never get in trouble for it though. -Sell you false promises of moving up in the company to justify not giving raises -If you magically do become a team lead, they have no work life balance and are expected to get coverage for their shifts, respond to teams when they're off of work, and deal with bullying from higher ups.
