Community Tissue Services is a toxic work environment. Management encourages "Team Leaders" to have best friend relationships their subordinates. Instead of accomplishing anything during the day, gossip and wedding planning are encouraged. Trainers are allowed to bully new employees and management looks the other way, accusing the new employee to be the problem when calling the behavior out.
