Pros

* There is an opportunity to be a leader in the space if everybody acts in good faith (especially top leadership), but I don't see that happening.

Cons

* Company is not making enough $$$ sadly :( * No engineering leadership/expertise. There is Prof Tom Mitchell but he visits once a quarter and more like a Q&A session once a month, but other than him all the engineers are inexperienced and do not know how to handle things correctly(technically as well as leadership decisions). * Pay is low. In general, company is very cheap even when it comes to minor things like snacks, accessories etc. CEO is very greedy IMO. * There is no culture of openness. All the decisions are taken behind closed doors with no clear rationale. * Promotions seem very arbitrary with no set goals/accomplishments. If you are planning to join, please stay away, mainly due to point 1.

Pros

- I started at Solvvy at the beginning of this year and it's the perfect place for me. The technology is rock solid- it solves a real-world problem, has obvious ROI, and we are continuously launching new features. - CX is an important space, and there's a lot of money flowing into CX tech. Our platform is a "need to have" not a "nice to have." For our customers, we are seen as a strategic partner, and that is reflected in our retention goals. - Leadership! I chose this job because of the technology, the role, and my boss. Now that I'm here, I have been learning a ton and working closely with her to help drive the business forward. I also REALLY enjoy working with our CEO Mahesh. He's human-centered and is a great thought partner - he also shows a lot of trust in the people he hires. - The people. You get a good sense that some of your colleagues are the best in the world at what they do, and it's a great feeling.

Cons

- We are a fast-growing company and still defining and operationalizing processes. - Like all startups, we move quick (and sometimes too quick!) - Very few cons - I am incredibly happy and fulfilled
