Hi ! Team Mate, We thank you for your feedback and have made a note of what you have in mind. . We hope you are aware that your organization is an ISO certified organization (3 certificates) which means that all processes are in place. This would have been mentioned during your on-boarding exercise. In an organisation where employees are associated for more than 15 years and that the majority of the recruitment is done through present employee or old employee referrals speaks volumes of the employee-employer relation. However, we feel if an employee is not given the basic requirement of on-time salary then the employee should leave the company immediately. An unhappy employee can not bring in productivity and the Employee-Employer relation gets strained. Having said that, the employee should be productive and that the delayed salary is not a direct result of unproductive or delayed delivery or under performance. We appreciate that you have given so much of your time to the organization. While on-time salary payout is a mandate and other policies are strong in the organization, we will definitely consider grounds for improvement while taking the 360 degree feedback from our employees the way we have been doing for the last few years.
