Pros
Decent pay with a good amount of hours that helped with paying for college classes. Management and coworkers were pretty friendly as well.
Cons
A lot of upselling and pushing out the company’s credit card for only a $5 incentive, it’s rare for a customer to actually say yes. Work/personal life balance was poor as well, despite having open availability to all times of the week except for two days, I was often scheduled around 2-3pm till close for several days in a week. It left me unable to do much outside of work because most things I wanted to do would have to either be earlier in the morning and can’t be too far of a travel, or would be closed by the time I got off. Other than that, the work was fairly easy and there was always something to do to kill the time on slow days.
