Co. works for trading the commodities and has a balanced environment at the workplace with a disciplined staff and policies. Internal staff are very disciplined and helpful in nature.
Cons
The only cons while working there is that staff is not allowed to share their ideas to develop the policies and culture. It is an owner-driven company so people were hesitant to share their views and suggestions to bring improvements. Also, employees were not encouraged to bring any change in an existing style of work.
I worked for almost 3 years just to prove self-stability in any organisation but received no growth throughout my tenure herewith. Company does not worth of having productive workers.
Cons
Company is very old fashioned, has no growth for employees. Management has a monopolistic attitude. Heads of departments are retired hence accept no change in culture. Company's modus operandi is very peculiar. I will not suggest to working for this company.
