Pros
Working from home, coworkers are amazing, helping patients.
Cons
I don't know where it all went wrong, but Somatus went from embracing and living by their "core values" to throwing them in the dumpster. The only core value they embrace is profit. PHA's are slowly but surely being turned into telemarketers, being held to metrics for a job that isn't even theirs. RNCM's are held to crazy assessment metrics, which causes them to give the extra tasks they don't have time for to the PHA's. PHA's are drowning in tasks without any help, and it seems everytime they're asked for a suggestion on how to make things better, the company does the exact opposite. This used to be a place where you really felt like you could make a difference in a person's life. There have also been at least 3 major layoffs recently, all given with little to no notice. There is also zero growth opportunity for PHA's, pay increases so minimum you don't even notice them in your paycheck (despite being constantly asked to do more and more), and bonuses that used to come are a thing of the past. If you enjoy feeling like a number, cold calling people so excessively that they've threatened to come after Somatus for harrassment, and being held accountable for a job that isn't yours (when there is an entire department that is supposed to be dedicated to it), along with the uncertainty of if you're going to be in the next round of layoffs, then this is the place for you.
