Most unrealistic workload ever for a part time job - Customer Service Representative Something Greek Employee Review

Pros

The place is local, and near several college campuses so it's an easy commute and great to work around a college schedule. You also get discounts on the apparel which is especially great if you're in a Greek organization, or need/like custom apparel made for you or other groups you're in/associated with.

Cons

They work you until you drop. They treat their employees as if they were machine pieces. The employees work by piece-meal. They actually force you to keep track of everything you do and to time yourself, and review your work based on how you measure up statistically. So if you can't accomplish X amount of calls, live chats, emails, pressing shirts, packing boxes, etc. in X time, you're basically not a good employee, no matter how much effort you put in or how much customers love you. You also have to multitask at an unreasonable level - no one should have to be on the phone, answering emails, a live chat, AND tend to customers on the floor at the same time. They even had the customer service representatives handling their social media accounts, but they got no compensation or bonuses for it. They pitted them against each other - you only got your name on a plaque if you had the most social media traffic, and got a little extra cash thrown your way. They understaff and are not lenient when you need to switch a schedule or need time off, and you are crucified for being late even a MINUTE. They actually monitor your time cards down to the minute. I had never been so stressed out in a job in my life, and was only a part time employee. It was NOT worth the $10 an hour.

Pros

easy location decent stuff. cheap.

Cons

If you like working in an unprofessional, run-down, t-shirt & whatever bottoms, don't have to look pleasing, unappreciative, beyond demanding, not working under your job description, this is the place for you. They've had how many people in and out in the last year? Management is terrible & completely unrealistic. They care more about you passing tests then you actually getting work done for the company.
