Lots of overtime if you're into overly long work hours
Cons
The most unpleasant place I've ever worked, they expect you to work unnecessary weekend hours, company moral is fake and management just want you to act like a good worker bee and and any suggestion you have are ignored. They go through employees as quick as possible, people either quit or are let go constantly. Training is a joke and you have to document your work day down to the minute to measure productivity. They say pay rate increases with productivity increases but its a lie to et you to work yourself to exhaustion. Do not work here.
