I'm overly vocal about any issues I see. Sona always had an open ear to learn about any problems, and would go beyond other companies I've worked for to solve them. There is amazing mentorship from company leadership, which I still lean on today, even years after not being with the business. If you're looking for technical training, the media teams are full of talent and will help you learn the skills you need.

This is not a typical 9-5 or something with a super consistent schedule, but that's also not what you're signing up for. As a contractor, you do have a ton of flexibility, so you can work (or not work) when you want!

Not really a con of the company, but just of the real estate industry in general. Most Realtors need everything done yesterday, and we do encounter some difficult clients from time to time, but the problems are not unlike any other customer-service based company.
