      They pay well but avoid.

      Cons

      Its such a small company in the UK that, if you don't get on with everyone, you get binned for no reason. I was told I was failing training but passed everything, I just didn't get on with one employee. Avoid working for this charade of a company. I gave 1 star as I couldn't give zero.

      I wish we had 401K matching, but we're a small company and fortunate to have all that we do.

      Pros

      Small company, You are able to create your own value, There is always lots to and a challenge to overcome. Pay, PTO and the number of holidays is better than my previous employers.

      Cons

      Health insurance expensive for a family, but very reasonable for employee only. No 401K, but able to purchase stock options.
