      Pros

      Being a mid-sized company, you get a lot of exposure to various roles across systems/modules. Excellent work-life balance.

      Cons

      Relatively low on pay for existing employees. No Leave encashment. No clear policy on payment during work on weekends/holidays.

      Pros

      - Gave me one project that i had to build using my own azure subscription. - Gave me a second hand company laptop with good specs (temporary).

      Cons

      - Everything - Kept promising to pay me and kept extending my internship by 3 months giving me a false promise that i might get a job at the end of the 3 months. - Except for the first 3 months i did not get any work. - Despite being such a big company they refused pay me even a little despite me doing a very good job in my first 3 months.
