      Pay work isn't very hard at all benefits are ok but could be better work half the year holiday pay and overtime

      Cons

      Management has its favorites buddy buddy system is in effect hard to get raises insurance goes up every year turnover rate is extremely high

      Engineering is actively developing new processes and attempting to make things more reliable

      Cons

      The heat and the some of the safety requirements are too strict, especially whenever it's excessively hot and you're required to wear FR with reflective stripes
