Pay is decent for the work, good opportunities to move up if you show the initiative.
Cons
Constant Drama between floor workers, Management has their own agenda, care more about themselves than the well-being of the shift they overlook. Also mandatory OT, which could be a pro in some eyes, but a con in mine.
