      So far I have only been asked for what is needed to complete my onboarding and not a lot of fluff that isn't necessary.

      Cons

      It is just a lot to do for the onboarding that I am not used to as part of much smaller companies.

      The pay, the hours, benefits are ok especially if you are trying to get pregnant or adopt.

      Cons

      no support, no continuing education. Lots of re-organizations going on due to M&A.
