      Sonos is a great work place. One shall learn a lot there. There are lots of activities in the company, Bi-weekly office lunch etc... that make people to naturally meet each other.

      The company is doing great work. As at any place there are always somethings that company can improve.

      Great culture. People are humble.

      In some teams engineers have to find projects themselves instead of waiting for roadmap which is good also but sometimes frustrating.

      Good work. Passionate people. Good product. Remote.

      Cons

      Some bad managers. They lost their footing resulting in lack of company vision. Struggled to find working styles that elevated the company (they wanted to grow yet operate like a start up)
