Absolutely none. If crazy learning curve with 0 guidance is a pro, that would be it.

- Less pay - You should be available 24/7. No acknowledgement for this hard work. - Micro management. The CEO is involved in every tiny matter. - Run more like a Mom and Pop store. - No perks, nobody to address concerns. - Very few hikes. - The culture is abusive from the top to the bottom. You are not expected to have you weekends for your own.
