-Gym at the companie's site -No work load ( Not common for all departments -some have very big work-load as no fair work dispaching , you can find people doing nothing and still getting paid ) -Good advantages of agreements signed with other organizations for health care and wellbeing . - A place where you can learn too many things especially to learrn ownership of your work responcibilities as not too many people will give you help i really see it positevally for new fresh Graduate

-Work culture based at everyone is replaceable and not to keep you in the company and see you grow , as too many people Quite after tow years just because other companies are welling to pay you better as you know how to use the "supper not-friendly user "Sopra Hr product . -Basically No salary raise as fewer people are gettig promoted or even very cheap small raise that sounds extremely disrespectful (The amount of the raise is written on a piece of paper in an envelope, and they give it to you on your desk) -Rarely your manager set a One to One to talk about your salary increase or future Goals that help you get a clear vision of your career in the company -Individualism and coworkers are not very helpfull - Occasional Toxic communications between stackeholders - Occasional Conflicts in workspace between coworkers that involves HR to reduce stress to resolve the problem , which i found not very healthy . - No Egality between Coworkers , you can see HR members are in coffees clearly see some one joineed the team with no string background just because he know some of the management stuff members
