Pros
Everyone works remotely, variety of clients/projects, and great colleagues who are willing to help each other out when needed. As long as work gets done, hours are normally very flexible, provided that internal and client communication stays strong.
Cons
With flexible remote work hours, the caveat is that there can be some longer evening/weekend hours, depending on the nature of the work.
There is not much in the way of career growth or development, and raises are nearly non-existent (not even COLA/inflation). Health benefits are somewhat expensive considering what is/isn't covered. Also, since Sopris was acquired by a larger company last year, the Sopris leadership team no longer has much overall say in processes or decision-making.
